Mr. Nahid Newaz is also consultant of KOTRA (Trade wing of Korean Embassy in Bangladesh) for Korean investment in Bangladesh. Mr. Md. Atikur Rahman was in Delloit’s representative firm ‘HodaVasiChowdhury& Co., Chartered Accountants’ and being a key player in the Team, has wide working experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, employees’ payroll taxation of hospitality industry Dhaka Sheraton Hotel, Privatization of fertilizer marketing project funded by USAID and Natural gas exploration (at Sangu valley/Chittagong) project completed by a British Company. Also have working experience in the field of inventory management and moveable fixed-assets management while worked at ICDDR’B, Dhaka. He is accustomed to providing the strategic planning, innovation and leadership necessary to execute the policy & procedures identify practical solutions and deliver commercial results in aggressive and demanding environments on time, within budget.

Mr. Md. Khalilur Rahman was in Earnest Young’s representative firm in Bangladesh ‘SF Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants’. He is a managerial staff member and has wide working experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, employees’ payroll taxation,inventory management and moveable fixed-assets management of manufacturing industries. He is accustomed to providing the strategic planning, innovation and leadership necessary to execute the policy & procedures, identify practical solutions and deliver commercial results in aggressive and demanding environments on time, within budget. He also possesses the expertise of software for enterprises.

Mr. Shubhankar Shil, an avid learner in the world of the both hemispheres – corporate and development. He exposed to his early career days through the journeymanship program of chartered accountancy studies, where he gained the experience of various types of assignments, viz. auditing, assurance, taxation, management advisory etc. During this three years’ of chartered accountancy training, he worked for a good number of reputed development and corporate houses, e.g. Nestle, Swiss-based global leader in food manufacturing and Novartis, Swiss-based pharmaceutical giant. Then he explored the development world by affiliating himself with Swisscontact, a Zurich (Swiss)-based organization. After that he engaged himself as a faculty member of Independent University, Bangladesh where he wrote a few articles for socio-economic journals in home and abroad. Then, he joined the World Bank where he worked along with other development partners, e.g., UNDP, UNCDF, DFID/UKAID, USAID, Danida, SDC, JICA, and et al on financial management, auditing, political economy, public policy, public private partnership and various Governance and Socio-political issues. He pursued his undergraduate study in BBA Program and graduate study in MBA in Finance Program from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) of the University of Dhaka. Meanwhile he pursued Chartered/Public Accountancy course and now affiliated as qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.

Mr. Chandra Shekhar Pal Chowdhury has obtained practical experience while working as an Audit Manager in A. K. DEB & CO.,Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh for almost six years. He has got versatile experience relating to company formation, accounting, auditing and taxation, etc. with many Local and Multinational companies.

Mr. Md. Mosleh Uddin Khandoker has obtained practical experience while working as an Audit Manager in ZOHA ZAMAN KABIR RASHID & CO.,Chartered Accountants in Bangladesh for almost five years. He has got versatile experience relating to company formation, accounting, auditing and taxation, etc. with many Local and Multinational companies.

Mr. MM Zulfikar Ali Hyder is a Dhaka University graduate. He obtained practical experience while working with some of the renowned law firms in Bangladesh for almost seven years. He has got versatile experience relating to civil and criminal cases.

Mr. Abdus Shobhan obtained Masters Degree in Accounting and in Management as well. He joined this firm in early 2009. He has got versatile experience relating to civil cases and income tax.
